This consists of activities ranging from clinical audits to improving the clinical information quality, promoting teamwork, joint ventures in health care medicine, reducing disparities in the clinical industry and implementing evidence-based practice. (Groeneamp.Jorgensen, 2005). Clinical Governance is basically an improved technique which has been largely applied to the healthcare industry to encourage a learning and facilitating environment. This form of governance in the healthcare industry promotes both public as well as patient participation, the motivation for embracing leadership qualities in the clinical staff and deploying effective risk management techniques. Clinical governance is capable of balancing both individual and professional clinical regulation standards and makes available a flexible environment for both of them to operate jointly, (Porter, 1997).
