The employees of an organization are important for the organization similar to its assets and organization tries its best not to lose any employee.2. A relation is created between the employees and the organization because of a human relations perspective. The relationship between the employees and the organization satisfies the employees. The satisfaction of employees leads towards the better functionality of organization.3. Thirdly, according to human relation perspective, in order to achieve the better results, the organization has to build a certain environment where employees are encouraged to fulfill their needs. The organization must allow its employees to interact with each other in order to build a social relationship with each other.4. Fourthly, the organization must not treat its employees as machines because machines have no emotions. According to the theorist, the difference between the opinions of two persons plays a major role in the growth of an organization. She stressed that an organization must be organized in a communal manner where people have a difference in their opinions.2. George Elton Mayo described in his presented theory that the performance of the employees can be increased by recognizing their work and providing them with better security. I am able to evaluate an organization and its functionalities on a wider level.
